  2. I am NOT a Funeral Service Provider. How can I purchase one of your urns?

    If you are not a Funeral Service Provider and require a cremation urn for a loved one please contact us via email at info@commemorate.ca for a list of Funeral Service Providers in your local area where you can purchase our products directly.

    If you prefer, please feel free to DOWNLOAD our Catalog and bring it to your local Funeral Service Provider and encourage them to purchase your urn of choice from us on your behalf.

    We ship most orders the same day or within 24 hours of your order placement. We offer FedEx Economy service as our standard form of shipping. However, at your request we can ship Express or Priority to serve your needs. We also provide you with tracking information on your shipment so you will know exactly where it is during the shipping process.

  4. What is your Billing Policy?

    All payments are processed at the time of your initial order via credit card, unless you have prior established terms of credit with us. All shipments include an invoice that is clearly marked with such terms and payment is expected within the allotted timeframe.

    We currently accept Cheque, INTERAC e-Transfer, Visa & MasterCard as forms of payment.

    Our website currently accepts: Amex, Apple Pay, Visa & MasterCard.

  5. What is your Shipping Policy?

    We offer *FREE Canada-Wide Shipping on orders over $250.00
    (*Before taxes, not including cremation jewelry or special order items. A minimum $25.00 shipping fee will be charged on orders under $250.00)

    Special Order items are denoted by an asterisk (*) after the item number as well as the Vendors (LoveUrns® Special Order & Pacific Urns®). Any products purchased by these two vendors do NOT count towards the $250 FREE Shipping trigger.

    All orders are shipped via FedEx Economy Service.

    If you require your shipment sooner, you may request us to ship via Express or Priority Service. You will be charged the difference between Economy and Express/Priority Service if you choose this option.
